Yes. Each apartment comes with its own storage room. This will vary generally according to the size of the residence. The storage rooms are located on the mezzanine floor above the carparking level and are accessible by both egress stair and lift.

In some cases, changes in legislation or requirements by Local Territorial Authorities may require the developer to make variations to the plans, or substitutions to materials if those specified are not available. The Body Corporate is in charge of administration and general maintenance of The James. The Body Corporate ensures general maintenance of the building exterior, roof, common areas, lift, and the car park. The Body Corporate will take care of obtaining an annual building warrant of fitness for the entire building.

The Body Corporate will ensure a Building Manager is appointed. The Building Manager will oversee the day to day running of the building and services. The Building Manager will oversee the carpark and common areas. Owners will be responsible for the management of their individual units.
